Delete your Buildr account
You can request deletion of your Buildr account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Use the button below to email the Buildr support team.
- Send the request from the email address used for your Buildr account when possible.
- Include your company name if your account belongs to a Buildr company workspace.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
What will be deleted
After verification, Buildr will delete the user account and associated personal data that we are not required to retain. If the account is part of a shared company workspace, deletion of the individual account may not automatically delete business records owned by that company or other users.
Data that may be retained
Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Any retained information will remain subject to the Buildr Privacy Policy.
